Shipping is always FREE within the continental United States. Currently, we do not ship CD Roms outside of the United States. If you live outside the continental United States, please order download versions of our audio books instead. Return to Catalog.

PRICES and AVAILABILITY

All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise is subject to availability. We are not responsible for typographical errors or misprints. If you ordered an item currently out of stock, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If the item is not available after 30 days, we will cancel your order and the charge will be refunded to you. Most items ship within 4 business days.

RETURN POLICY

If you have received damaged items, please contact the carrier used immediately for inspection. Once it has been completed, then contact us with their findings. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange it. You are responsible for the return shipping, and we will gladly pay the shipping costs to ship the correct products you need. If it was an error on our part, we will even pay for the return shipping! To Return, we do require you to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before returning any merchandise. You must request a refund within 30 days from the ship date. You must write the RMA number on the OUTSIDE of the package prior to shipping back to us. Any returns without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused. RMA Numbers are good for 30 days. If you require a refund for your order, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
